I love a good burger. A big, fat juicy burger is really my favorite meat dish. I could eat this every day and never tire. I have even started on a quest to find the best burger place in Warsaw…
And since I got a meat mincer for Christmas I can also make burgers at home.
Makes 6 burgers
0,5 kg chicken thigh meat
1 slice of bread, soaked in water or milk
6 burger buns
Ketchup, mustard, red onion, arugula, bacon, pickles or whatever you wish for serving
Mince together meat, bread and spring onions. Fry in some olive oil and set aside. You can also bake them in the oven if you wish.
Cut the burger buns in half and warm them up or toast gently.
Serve with any toppings you like.
